Team plan overview​
The AIDocing Team plan is designed for organizations that need to collaborate on documents together. It includes everything in the Pro plan, plus:
- Shared workspace with role-based access control
- Centralized billing for all team members
- Priority support
How to invite team members​
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter your teammate's email address and select their role:
- Admin – full access including billing and member management
- Editor – can create, edit, and delete documents
- Viewer – read-only access
- Click Send Invitation.
Your teammate will receive an email invite. Once they accept, they appear in your team roster.
Managing seats​
Your plan includes a set number of seats. You can view and manage seat usage in Settings → Team → Seats. To add more seats, click Add Seats and confirm the billing change.
