Team plan overview​

The AIDocing Team plan is designed for organizations that need to collaborate on documents together. It includes everything in the Pro plan, plus:

  • Shared workspace with role-based access control
  • Centralized billing for all team members
  • Priority support

How to invite team members​

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter your teammate's email address and select their role:
    • Admin – full access including billing and member management
    • Editor – can create, edit, and delete documents
    • Viewer – read-only access
  4. Click Send Invitation.

Your teammate will receive an email invite. Once they accept, they appear in your team roster.

Managing seats​

Your plan includes a set number of seats. You can view and manage seat usage in Settings → Team → Seats. To add more seats, click Add Seats and confirm the billing change.
